Tecumseh brings together professional kitchen designers for an exclusive seminar

On June 19 and 20, Tecumseh hosted a number of professional kitchen design offices in France for an exclusive technical seminar.The aim was to address key topics for industry professionals, such as the importance of the revisited "cold function" in professional kitchens, and identify its constraints with current F-GAS regulations to be taken into consideration.

 

The seminar took place at Tecumseh's laboratory in Vaulx-Milieu, as well as at its production plant in #Cessieu. This enabled participants to discover Tecumseh's production methods at every stage of the manufacturing process, from design to finished product.

 

"We were delighted to be able to bring together professional kitchen design offices in France for this exclusive seminar," said Jerome Treffel, Tecumseh's European Prescription Manager. "It was a valuable opportunity to share our expertise and collaborate with industry professionals to develop innovative and sustainable refrigeration solutions. " Seminar participants were unanimous in praising the quality of the information and exchanges. "This seminar was very instructive and enriching. We learned a lot about Tecumseh's refrigeration solutions and are convinced that they can help us better meet our customers' needs." (Designers unanimous on the question asked).

 

At the welcome dinner, guests were treated to constructive remarks from the starred chef David Delsart. The idea was to gather end-users' needs and expectations regarding professional kitchens.

 

Anticipations on the image of their establishment(s) in terms of content and form, to be taken into account when drawing up specifications for the design offices.

We are proud to see that the composition, technology and refrigerants of our products are of interest to end-users and thus influence the design of specifications from engineering offices.
